CONNECTIONS

ABOUT JOHN S. MOMAN

Philosophy

Relationships are the most important part of a project.  Budget, design, permits & quality construction are absolutely necessary.  There will be challenges during the process, but I believe it is the relationships between all parties that leads to success.

Approach

Communication to the entire team is critical to understanding the scope of a project, the roles and responsibilities of each party, the budget and the over arching goal.  My role is to facilitate the flow of communication and information.

Expertise

I have over 45 years of architectural experience which includes a wide variety of project types: commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, residential, multifamily, site planning and interior design.  I have worked with clients from both the public and private sector.

Services

Consulting services I offer include Client Representation, Project Entitlements, Ordinance Evaluation, Business Development, Design Peer Review and Connecting Business Relationships.
